Ethylene-Propylene rubber compound EI4 type. Electrical insulation of cables for fixed laying and for mobile connections, even in wet environments. Max insulation temperature 90°C.

SHEAT

Elastomeric reticulated polychloroprene compound (PCP) or other equivalent synthetic elastomer EM2 type, colour black. Cables with this protective sheath are suitable for heavy mechanical stress, in conditions of fixed laying or mobile connections.

Guide to use

Use in industrial and agricultural workshops, building sites.
Suitable for heavy duty applications and for connecting industrial and
agricultural machines and equipment, where cables are subject to medium
mechanical stresses (e.g. heating plates, inspection lamps, electric tools such
as drills, circular saws and household electric tools).
Use in dry, humid or moist rooms (AD6) and for fixed installations e.g. on
facades of temporary buildings and building sites accommodations.
Permanent outdoors use allowed. If used for fixed and protected
applications approx. 0,6/1 kV.

Minimum running temperature -40°C (withoutmechanical stresses).

Maximum conductor temperature in service: 90°C.

Maximum operating temperature in fixed and protected installation at 90°C.

Good resistance to mechanical stresses, oils, chemical and weathering agents and low temperatures. Max strain in static duty conditions: 1,5 Kg/mm².

ACCORDING TO CPR CLASS Eca: Cables for general applications in construction works subject to fire resistance requirements. Provided by EN 50575: 2014 + A1.

RESISTANCE TO OZONE, UV RAYS AND MOISTURE: According to EN 50396 art. 8.1.3 method B. Tests conducted in accordance to UNI EN ISO 4892-2:2006 guarantee the maintenance of colour (black sheath cable) and mechanical characteristics.
